Different shipping times
At the moment, VYRA Naturals and doTERRA use separate fulfillment centers, which results in different delivery times. We aim to unify this process in the future, but for now this setup allows us to serve you best.
Delivery
We aim to deliver your products as quickly as possible. You’ll receive updates about your order by email and SMS, so you don’t have to worry about when your package will arrive.

3–5 business days
- VYRA Naturals products:
10–14 business days

Order tracking is only available for VYRA Naturals products. doTERRA products are communicated by us and delivered directly by doTERRA.
If you become a doTERRA Wholesale Customer or Wellness Advocate, you’ll be able to track your orders through your personal doTERRA account.
